Dr. Anelli works in the field of nutrition and nutrition education, making use not only of the specific specialized skills acquired in the academic field, but also of the consolidated notions on the research field in Chemistry of Food.

Enrolled in the National Order of Biologists (ONB 065073), he obtained the title of Specialized Degree with Honors in Science of Human Nutrition at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and, previously, the single-cycle five-year degree in Pharmacy at the University of Rome La Sapienza.

Since 2010 he has collaborated in the Department of Special Dietetics at the Policlinico Umberto I of Rome. In September 2013, he entered the School of Specialization in Food Science at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” for competitions and qualifications, obtaining the Postgraduate Diploma in Food Science with Lode in 2017.

With a long experience in teaching biochemical, biological and scientific subjects, he is a teacher in two Academies (Chef and Fitness) in Food Safety, Food Biochemistry, Science of Nutrition and Sport Nutrition.

Always very attentive to the importance of physical exercise as a fundamental component of the “diet” intended as a lifestyle, it has made it a profession since 2017, the year in which he obtains with the Lode the National Diploma of Technical Qualification Personal Trainer (National Register 20175487), aimed at accompanying the educational path of his patients. She specialized in Functional Training in September 2017 and became a VAIA Pilates Instructor in December 2017 with the Patronage of the San Raffaele University and EQF4 European accreditation.
